Robert Aitkens, CPA
Bob founded Exarca in 1998 and has over 35 years of experience in business management, business start-up, finance, accounting and business operations, with specific expertise in the areas of management consulting and systems re-engineering. Bob began his career as an auditor with Mortenson & Associates PC, a regional CPA firm based in New Jersey, and was later appointed to the SEC Compliance and Accounting Compliance review committee. During the course of his career, he founded three successful companies, specializing in software development, identity management products, accounting and outsourcing, and received his B.S. from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Dan Aitkens, CPA
Dan began his career at Deloitte performing tax, compliance, and audit services for Fortune 500 and 100 companies, where he developed his understanding of tax return preparation, financial statement consolidation, preparation, and presentation, international business complexities, and SEC regulations. He also spent time auditing both public and private companies with Deloitte Audit, and assisted companies in preparing and completing IPO registrations to take companies public. Dan was a double-major and graduated with a B.A. in both Accounting and Finance from Muhlenberg College.
As a partner at Exarca, Dan has secured over $100M in various forms of financing for his clients. He has carved out a niche within the industry, ensuring that his clients have adequate capital available to grow operations. Dan specializes in financial forecasting and business modeling as part of the outsourced CFO consulting services he provides to companies, which range from start-up’s to $100M revenue earners.

Caroline Aitkens, CPA
Caroline’s career began at CohnReznick in the NYC office as part of their Private Client Services tax group. Caroline provided her clients with quality compliance and planning services, specializing in high net worth individuals and closely-held partnerships, as well as S-Corporations. Caroline later joined Withum Smith & Brown’s tax group continuing her career in tax compliance. She graduated with a B.B.A in Accounting From Loyola University, Maryland.
